The Deye SUN-(3-8)K-SG06LP3-EU-CM2 is a three phase solar inverter developed for flexible residential and light commercial energy storage. With rated output options of 3 kW, 4 kW, 5 kW, 6 kW and 8 kW, the series combines PV generation, low-voltage battery storage, grid connection and generator support in one integrated platform.
Its 40-60 V battery input supports lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries, with automatic BMS adaptation for lithium systems. Charging and discharging current reaches up to 190 A on the 8 kW model, supporting fast and responsive energy storage. The isolated battery architecture further strengthens system safety.
Two MPPT trackers provide up to 20 A + 20 A operating current for high-power PV modules and flexible string design. The maximum accessible PV power reaches 16 kW on the 8 kW model. Maximum inverter efficiency is 97.6%, while MPPT efficiency exceeds 99%, helping this three phase solar inverter capture more usable energy from the PV array.
For backup power, the inverter delivers peak off-grid output equal to twice its rated power for 10 seconds. It also supports 100% unbalanced output, with each phase capable of supplying up to 50% of rated power. Six programmable battery charging and discharging periods allow users to optimize operation around energy demand and electricity pricing.
AC coupling enables convenient upgrades to existing solar systems, while generator integration allows surplus generator power to charge the battery. Up to 10 units can operate in parallel for scalable on-grid or off-grid applications. IP65 protection, LCD control, low operating noise and Wi-Fi, RS485 and CAN communication complete this intelligent three-phase energy solution.
