The Deye MC-LC480-2H2 provides battery storage for EV charging, combining 200 kW of rated AC power with 482.304 kWh of nominal battery energy. Built with 314 Ah LiFePO₄ cells and liquid cooling, it forms the storage core of an integrated photovoltaic, battery and EV charging solution for commercial charging sites, business parks and industrial facilities.
When paired with compatible Deye MPPT equipment, DC charging power cabinets and charging terminals, the system connects solar generation, battery storage and vehicle charging through a DC-coupled architecture. Stored energy can supplement the available grid supply during charging demand peaks, helping sites manage limited grid connection capacity. Peak-to-valley energy shifting also enables electricity to be stored during lower-tariff periods for later use.
The compatible MS-DC480-2 charging power cabinet supports a 480 kW DC charging configuration. Paired with MS-DCC180-2 terminals, the solution supports CCS2 charging at up to 180 kW per connector, with flexible power allocation according to the system configuration and available power.
Designed for outdoor installation, the MC-LC480-2H2 features an overall IP54 rating, standard C4-M corrosion protection and optional C5 protection. Liquid cooling manages battery temperature, while aerosol and water fire suppression provide additional protection. RS485, Modbus TCP and digital I/O interfaces support integration with site energy management systems.
