Description
Deye Winter WS Series – Utility-Scale ESS | Model WS-L4300-2H3
The Deye WS-L4300-2H3 is a containerized, utility-scale Energy Storage System (ESS) that combines high energy capacity, industry-leading safety, and full system integration for large renewable and grid-support projects. Optimized for demanding deployments, it delivers 4.34 MWh of LiFePO4 energy in a standard 20′ footprint while offering flexible power coupling, robust thermal and electrical protection, and advanced system management for long-term, reliable operation.
Key benefits
- Industry-leading safety: Five layers of fire protection (detection, early warning, exhaust, aerosol/water suppression, and explosion mitigation) plus multiple electrical protections — 2 active and 3 passive — built around inherently stable LiFePO4 chemistry.
- High capacity in a compact footprint: 4,340 kWh nominal energy packaged in a standard 20′ container (6058 × 2438 × 2896 mm) for efficient site use and simplified transport.
- All-in-one, flexible architecture: Integrates BESS, PCS, EMS and MPPT in a single container. Supports PV DC coupling up to 3,600 kW, black-start capability, and operation in both on-grid and off-grid modes.
- Robust performance: Nominal DC voltage of 768 Vdc (range 648–876 Vdc) with up to 3,150 A charge/discharge current (≤0.5P), plus 18 DC outputs for adaptable system layouts.
- Durable, serviceable design: Liquid cooling, cluster-level battery management for cell-friendly operation and high availability, IP55 protection, ≥C4 corrosion resistance, wide operating temperature (-30°C to +55°C), and rated for altitudes up to 2,000 m.
- Long-term assurance: Backed by a 10-year warranty for dependable lifetime performance.
The Deye WS-L4300-2H3 delivers high-energy density, multi-layer safety, and turnkey integration for utility-scale projects — an ideal solution for large renewable deployments, energy shifting, frequency regulation, and grid stabilization where reliability and operational safety are critical.
